Consumer Returns
New, unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item, to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Unless the product is defective, we will not refund shipping.
We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse. Please take the time to carefully package your returns. We will not accept returns on products that have been modified in any way shape or form. If there is any question as to the legality of the modifications of the product you returned to us, it will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.
Dealer Returns
New, unused gear can be returned within 30 days less a 20% restocking fee, to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Unless the product is defective, we will not refund shipping. Restocking fee also applies to canceled orders that have already been shipped. You will be charged the shipping and restocking fee.

Warranty
If you feel that your products are eligible for a warranty evaluation due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact us and we will get you taken care of. Just send an email to [email protected] explaining the issue, including photos. As long as the item displays a manufacturer defect, and it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear, we will replace the item or refund the purchase.
Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number or where it was purchased from, purchase date, product, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.
Return Shipping
With a Prepaid Label
To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate $6.99 UPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that don’t need to ship freight. Contact us and we will walk you through the process.
Without a Prepaid Label
To return products without a shipping label, contact us at [email protected] and we will walk you through the process. In the email please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, product, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.
It takes on average 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
