These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, payments, and interactions made through the website of Rearden Manufacturing Group, LLC (“Rearden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 5151 Sunbeam Road, Suite 9, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Rearden does not directly store or have access to your full credit card information. Payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor, which uses SSL encryption and tokenization for your security.
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees at the time of checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment authorization. In the event of inventory shortages, backorders, or fulfillment delays, we will notify you by email.
Rearden reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violation of export or local laws.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated.
We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but we reserve the right to correct typographical or system errors. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or revise an order prior to shipment.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any payment or order issues prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or denial of future purchases.
All disputes must first be addressed in writing to [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Product Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
We assume no liability for misuse, illegal modification, or installation of our products on regulated firearms.
Export Restrictions
Our products are subject to U.S. export control laws. Products may not be shipped or resold outside the United States without proper authorization under ITAR or EAR regulations.
By purchasing from us, you represent that you are not subject to any U.S. sanctions and will not export or transfer our products in violation of applicable laws.
Shipping Policy
Under normal circumstances, orders will ship within 2 business days following the order being submitted. Times of heightened sales activity, like the holiday season, may delay the orders from shipping within this time frame. We will post a notice on the front of the site if an extended lead time is to be expected.
Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected carrier. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment from our facility. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
We currently ship only within the United States and comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and transportation of firearms, firearms parts and accessories.
Item Stock Status
Standard items are in stock at the time of shipment and will be shipped as soon as possible. We do not accept backorders for out of stock items. You can sign up for in stock notifications to be alerted when items are restocked.
Sale Pricing
If you see something on sale, don’t wait around to buy it. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.
If we put an item on sale less than 3 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 3 days, and only if we have the same size and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.
Limitation of Liability
Rearden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to installation errors, compatibility issues, or product misuse.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
